What is BizlyTalk?
BizlyTalk is an online school specializing in business Japanese. Through a subscription-based model, you can efficiently learn practical Japanese communication skills for any industry’s business scenarios.
Which plans are available?
Light: 4 sessions/month
Basic: 8 sessions/month
Premium: 12 sessions/month
Enterprise: 16 sessions/month
What is a subscription plan?
Every 28 days your payment is processed automatically and your session allowance resets to the number specified by your plan.
When are sessions credited, and what is the cycle?
Initial Credit: Immediately upon signup
Recurring Credit: Automatically every 28 days after the previous credit date
(This “28-day fixed cycle” runs regardless of month length.)
Can unused lessons be carried over?
Yes. At each renewal you may carry over up to 25% of unused sessions (one week’s worth). For example, on the 8-session plan, if you have 5 sessions remaining, 2 will roll over and the rest will expire.

How do I book a lesson?
Use the Calendly link we send after you sign up to choose your preferred date and time.
How do I reschedule (cancel) a lesson?
Cancel via Calendly at least 24 hours before the lesson start time to restore the session credit for rebooking.
How are time zones displayed?
By default, times are shown in your browser’s local time. To lock display to JST (Japan Standard Time), enable “Lock the timezone” in your Calendly event settings.

When is the billing date?
Automatic billing occurs every 28 days from your signup date (e.g., 1/1 → 1/29 → 2/26 …).
What is the refund policy?
Contact us within 24 hours of billing to receive a full refund for your first month. After that window, no refunds are available for any reason.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Upgrade: Takes effect immediately; the price difference is adjusted on your next billing.
Downgrade: Notify us at least 7 days before your next billing date to switch to a lower plan from the following cycle.
How do I cancel (unsubscribe)?
Notify us at least 7 days before your next billing date to stop auto-renewal. Cancellations after that point cannot be processed.
